How We Provide Bitcoin Heating Solutions

Written by Heat Core | Nov 20, 2025 10:57:34 AM

Bitcoin mining is not only a computing process—it is also one of the most efficient sources of usable heat. By combining hydro cooling and heat recovery technology, we transform Bitcoin miners into high-performance electrical boilers that deliver clean, stable, and low-carbon heating for residential, commercial, industrial, and district-level projects.
This article explains how we design, engineer, and deploy complete Bitcoin Heating solutions—from system customization to project integration.

1. We Customize Every Heating Solution
Each customer has different heating requirements, local climate conditions, and building layouts. To ensure high performance and high thermal efficiency, we provide fully customized heating system design, including:
Site assessment
System configuration
Hydro loop engineering
Heat exchanger design
Smart Control System integration
Our engineering team delivers a complete end-to-end solution, ensuring that heat is captured efficiently and delivered exactly where it is needed.

2. System Components

A. Racks / Containers

Racks:
H Series – Home Heating
Designed for residential heating + mining. Compact, low-noise, and easy to install.
M / N Series – Commercial Heating
M Series: All-in-one rack integrating CDU + miners.
N Series: Flexible modular system (200–2400 kW), high density, low noise, automated operation.

Containers:
XS / ES Series – Industrial Heating
XS Series: Plug-and-play hydro-cooling containers (1–3.6 MW), high integration, supports cluster deployment.
ES Series: Modular skids for fast transportation and quick assembly for large industrial projects.

B. Smart Control System (CDU)
We customize the Smart Control System to fit the heating system.

C. Pipe System
We provide all necessary pipes, fully customized to the project layout, using threaded and flange connections for fast, weld-free installation.

D. Dry Cooler (Optional)
A dry cooler can be added if needed, but in most heating projects the radiator system already functions as the miners’ primary cooling system.

3.Two Types of Heating Projects We Support
A. Projects With an Existing Heating System
For sites that already have a complete and commissioned heating system:
The hydro-cooling mining system can be inserted before the existing boiler, heat pump, or other heat sources. It can operate as a pre-heater when higher outlet temperatures are needed, or directly function as a stand-alone electric boiler. This setup increases system redundancy and improves operational flexibility.
What we provide: Our engineers review your system layout, schematics, and operating data.
We offer technical recommendations and a full integration plan for connecting mining heat to your existing system. All equipment is produced based on customized engineering design.

B. New “0 to 1” Heating Projects
For locations without an existing heating infrastructure:
The hydro-cooling mining system operates directly as an electric boiler to supply all required heat. We design a fully customized heating system to match your site’s requirements.
Our team calculates heat demand, selects appropriate rack/container models, and develops a complete heating solution from scratch.

4. Main Features of Our Bitcoin Heating System
a. >95% Thermal Efficiency: Nearly all electrical energy is converted into usable heat.
b. Up to 80°C Outlet Temperature: Supports residential, commercial, industrial, and district heating.
c. Redundant System Design: Continuous operation even if some miners or pumps fail.
d. High Reliability & Scalability: More stable and easier to expand compared to gas or electric boilers.
c. Strong Heating Capacity: A 100 kW system can heat ~1,000 m² of insulated space.
d. Dual Benefits: Provides heating while generating Bitcoin—turning heating cost into revenue.
